Eyjolfurs Courses
Various courses are offered. The courses are about ecucation from basic level til advanced level. Do not miss to be inspired of Eyjolfurs store kundskaber. The key words is trust – cumminication and balance. Eyjolfur will teach you the skills so you can help your horse to become soft – light – and well balanced in the gaits. Each rider will have a plan of action to work with when they get home. In all courses you will get Eyjolfur´s popular theory lessons. If you decide on a serie of courses, you will achieve the best results. In between courses, the rider will have the time to train himself and the horse and thereby prepare to move on to the next level.
Private lessons
This is Eyjolfur’s most popular courses format it is for 2 - 3 days or more. He works with each horse and rider individually each day. Eyjolfur always watches the horse and talks to the rider.He then determines how it is best to proceed based upon what he sees in the horse and hears from the person. This course are open for all riders from beginners through advanced. Riders need to ride for a minimum of two days. Maximum of eight riders. Contact for more information.
Lessons for groups
This is Eyjolfur’s traditional 2, 3, or 4 day courses format. This is a good way to learn basic horsemanship and riding step by step. A serie of courses will give the best results. Riders are divided into 3 groups and in each group 4 persons. Max. 12 riders. Contact for more information.
Training of horses and private lessons
This is the most effective course format. Eyjolfur is training the horses for 5 days. After the training of the horses the riders gets 2 days of private lesson. In the training of the horses Eyjolfur tackles issues to be solved and helps the rider in progressing with the horse in the course that follows.This format opens up for new possibilities and develop for the horse and the rider. The rider will go home with new ideas and plans to contine the training. This course format is only for trained horses, not for real problem horses or untrained young horses that require much more time. Concact for more information.
Semi-private lessons
These lessons are basically the same as private lessons but for two riders of the same riding level. Contact for more information.
Clinics
Eyjolfur is an expert in doing large clinics for many spectators. At such events, the education of both horse and rider within a certain area is explained and demonstrated. At Eyjolfur's clinics you will see top-level trained horses and riders. Please contact us for more information.

Facilites
For all courses an indoor arena is necessary. A good out door arena is OK in the sommer when good weather is expected. For academic lessons a wideboard and a TV is necessary.
Please note:All riding and work with horses in courses are on the participants own liability. Video-ing is not allowed in any of the courses, clinics or training. Same rules apply for transcribing.
